Grilled 6 oz. filet mignon with grilled onions and mixed peppers on a sourdough roll. Served with choice of fries or Waimanalo greens.   Plump chicken breast marinated in sweet teriyaki sauce and served on our fresh made kaiser roll. Served with choice of fries or Waimanalo greens.
Portabello Mushroom Sandwich   Lunch also includes choice of iced tea, soda or coffee.

Pan fried cake served with a Thai sweet chili butter sauce and Asian slaw.   Kalua pig and Boursin cheese in phyllo pasty, served with a sweet chili beurre blanc and pesto drizzle.

Tiki's Signature Salmon   Hawaiian Steak
Fresh king salmon glazed with special seasoning and caramelized cane sugar, served with a lemon grass beurre blanc sauce.   8 oz. flat iron steak marinated in kiwi, shoyu, honey, garlic, and ginger topped with pineapple plum chutney and served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Fresh Island Fish Primavera Pasta
Fresh Catch served with salsa made of blue crab, bay shrimp and mixed peppers over jasmine rice and micro greens.   Seasonal vegetables tossed with garlic, olive oil, and penne pasta.
