Sweet and Sour Braised

Our chef's special! Slow braised sweet and sour short ribs served with Chinese lup cheong and green onion corn bread and sauteed rainbow chard. 24

House Made Kalua Pig Gnocchi
Tiki's version of an Italian favorite. Potato gnocchi rolled in house and paired with kalua pig, roasted beets, butternut squash, carrots and baby arugula.
Finished with a Kona coffee cream sauce. 24
Hawaiian Steak
Eight-ounce shoulder tenderloin grilled to perfection and served with a hard Kula goat cheese, potato latke and wilted Kohala Mountain Farms mixed greens.
Garnished with Hau'ula pineapple relish. 25
Ponzu Glazed Chicken Breast
Ten ounce double chicken breast marinated in our sweet ponzu sauce and served with white rice and tied local long bean. 20
Tiki's Filet Mignon
Grilled 8 oz. filet of beef served with creamy wasabi potato gratin and roasted Wai'alua asparagus spears. 32
Hamakua Ali'i Mushroom and Lychee Risotto
Creamy and delicious! Fresh Hamakua ali'i mushrooms and made-in-Hawai'i lychee sorbet help to make this dish a Tiki's original. 20
Guava Glazed Baby Back Ribs
A ten bone rack of St. Louis style baby back ribs glazed with our signature guava barbeque sauce and served with crisp French fries. 20

PaluPalu Prime Rib

Brined with deep sea water harvested off the coast of O'ahu, kiawe cold smoked, and slow roasted prime rib of beef served with Kahalu'u banana and Portuguese sausage mashed potatoes and a trio of sauteed mushrooms.

Tiki's Signature Salmon

Since Tiki's opened in 2002, this has been one of our most popular offering and a staple on our menu. Salmon glazed with spiced cane sugar, served with a lemon grass white wine butter sauce, mashed Okinawan sweet potatoes and Asian slaw. 26

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
Four scallops pan seared to a golden brown and served over a Tahitian vanilla, Kahuku corn and potato puree with braised spinach and Kona lobster cream sauce. 26
Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahimahi
Fresh island mahimahi lightly coated in crushed macadamia nuts, seared and served over
orzo pasta with roasted garlic, mushrooms, spinach, tomato and topped
with a lemongrass cream sauce. 26
Tiki's Seafood Stew
If you love seafood this is your kind of dish! Shrimp, clams, mussels and fresh fish pieces in a broth made with shrimp and lobster shells, sauteed Portuguese sausage and green onion.

Pipikaula Marinated Hamachi
Marinated and flash grilled Japanese farmed hamachi, served rare with kimchee fried rice, herb glazed green beans and beni shoga jus. 26
Whole Steamed Short Tail Red Snapper
A whole, one pound snapper, steamed with ginger, garlic and green onion. Served with baby bok choy and white rice and drizzled with a sizzled peanut vinaigrette. 32
