Ahi tuna steak dusted with cajun spices and seared medium rare served over our famous
kalua pig mashed potatoes. Topped with soy wasabi white wine butter sauce and roasted asparagus. 29
Ginger Soy Grilled Salmon
Teriyaki marinated & grilled salmon fillet. Served with truffle scented Yukon Gold mashed
potatoes, tempura bubu arare asparagus and a rice wine nori Kula onion sauce. 28
Shiso Seared Island Swordfish
Island swordfish steak seared with Nalo Farms shiso and served atop house made potato
Gnocchi with spinach, macadamia nuts, raisins & yuzu carrot butter sauce. 28
Pan Seared Sea Scallops
Sesame seared sea scallops served with Molokai sweet potatoes, Island long beans &
Kahuku papaya cilantro cintronette. 29
Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi
Fresh island mahimahi lightly coated in crushed macadamia nuts, seared and served over
orzo pasta with mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes, roasted garlic and drizzled
with a lemongrass cream sauce. 28
Miso Butterfish
A local favorite! Marinated and roasted filet, served with brown rice, Nalo braising greens
& miso hot mustard vinaigrette. 29

Tepanyaki style pesto seared shrimp and sea scallops served over Arborio risotto with English
peas, shiitake mushrooms, spinach and fresh Nalo herbs drizzeld with pinot noir syrup. 29
