The original East meets West creation. We take the original nicoise and add Asian influences to create this
one of a kind salad. Okinawan sweet potato, gari shoga, snow peas, egg, tomatoes and bell peppers are tossed with an oriental sesame vinaigrette and topped with four ounces of fresh seared 'ahi. 15
