The menu at Tiki's Grill & Bar highlights the flavors of the islands prepared in an open exhibition kitchen. Tiki's Grill & Bar provides a casual American and Pacific-Rim menu with flavors of the islands, using fresh local produce. Oriental Seared 'Ahi Nicoise
The original East meets West creation. We take the original nicoise and add Asian
influences to create this one of a kind salad. Okinawan sweet potato, gari shoga, snow peas,
egg, tomatoes and bell peppers are tossed with an oriental sesame vinaigrette and topped
with four ounces of fresh seared 'ahi. 15

Tiki's version of an Italian favorite. Potato gnocchi rolled in house and paired with kalua pig, roasted beets, butternut squash, carrots and baby arugula.

Eight-ounce shoulder tenderloin grilled to perfection and served with a hard Kula goat cheese, potato latke and wilted Kohala Mountain Farms mixed greens.

Since Tiki's opened in 2002, this has been one of our most popular offering and a staple on our menu. Salmon glazed with spiced cane sugar, served with a lemon grass white wine butter sauce, mashed Okinawan sweet potatoes and Asian slaw. 26

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
Four scallops pan seared to a golden brown and served over a Tahitian vanilla, Kahuku corn and potato puree with braised spinach and Kona lobster cream sauce. 26
Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahimahi
Fresh island mahimahi lightly coated in crushed macadamia nuts, seared and served over
orzo pasta with roasted garlic, mushrooms, spinach, tomato and topped
