Mediterranean Pasta
Fresh seasonal vegetables, boneless chicken breast, Kalamata olives, Feta cheese, and Penne pasta sautéed in olive oil and white wine.

Rocky Mountain Trout
Fresh boned Rocky Mountain trout pan grilled in herbed lemon butter and Amaretto, sprinkled with
toasted almonds, and accompanied with orzo.
King Salmon
Grilled Alaskan King Salmon fillet crusted with pecans, served over orzo with a roasted red pepper sauce.
Filet Mignon
Choice center cut filet mignon char broiled to your desired temperature and served with mashed potatoes and shoe string fried onions.
Roasted Prime Rib
Slow roasted to retain the natural juices, served with creamed horseradish, mashed potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding.
Tournedos
Three center cut filet medallions char broiled, garnished with a Crab claw, green beans, and a mushroom cap, served with Pepper corn Cognac cream sauce, Bordelaise and Béarnaise sauce.
Ahi Tuna
Sushi grade Ahi Tuna rolled with sesame seeds seared rare served with a Wasabi orzo and vegetables.
Cajun Chicken Pasta
Blackened boneless chicken strips sautéed, then tossed with mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes and Penne pasta topped with a "SPICY" Cajun sauce.
Apple Pork Chop
A center cut loin chop char broiled to temperature served with apple potato cakes, and fresh apple chutney
Southwest Wellington
Tender morsels of prime rib and filet mignon sautéed with pepper jack cheese and sautéed green chilies; baked in a puff pastry and accompanied with mashed potatoes.
Porterhouse
A 22 oz choice porterhouse steak broiled to temperature. Served with onion strings and mashed potatoes.
New Orleans Blackened Halibut
Fresh Halibut fillet crusted with our special spice blend, then blackened and served with a "SPICY" Mango salsa over orzo.
Colorado Rack of Lamb
Fresh Colorado lamb chops grilled and served with mashed potatoes and a herbed mint sauce
with Pistachios.
New York Steak
Choice center cut New York, dry aged to maturity then grilled to temperature and served with mashed potatoes and onion strings.
Fresh Sea Scallops
Fresh sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto then sautéed with white wine, garlic and lemons, served over orzo and sautéed spinach, finished with a Pesto sauce.
Filet Wellington
Tenderloin of beef broiled to temperature, wrapped in a puff pastry then baked. Served with vegetables and piped garlic mashed potatoes.
Alaskan King Crab Legs
Alaskan King Crab legs steamed, served piping hot with lemon and drawn butter and mashed potatoes.
