Spices restaurant, in the heart of Kihei, takes
American spices and flavors and combines them with the best of Hawaiian cuisine.
The Hawaiian Style Cioppino, for example, perfectly blends fresh Island Fennel
in a garlicky Haiku tomato broth complementing the flavors of the fresh prawns,
scallops, clams and fish. The Texas Stuffed Steak, by contrast, is NY strips
stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos, wrapped in bacon, another winning
combination. All of the steaks served at Spices are hand cut. |
