8oz Pork Tenderloin medallions pan seared and baked, then topped with leaks,

red bell peppers, smoked bacon and a frangelico hazelnut butter sauce and

A 12oz, hand-cut prime Ribeye, perfectly marbled and seasoned then topped with

Portabello demi glace and served with grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.
