Crostini Siena:  Served with tonight's selection of tapenades, spreads and artisan cheeses

Stuffed Shrooms:  Baked with Italian meats, pesto bread crumbs and smothered in fontina cheese

Grilled Artichoke: Whole stuffed artichoke, baked and served with lemon-garlic aioli

Siena Fonduta:  With fontina cheese and served with saltimbocca style steak tips and mushrooms

Grilled Spiedini:  A classic dish with grilled mozzarella, basil and roasted tomatoes, served over grilled bruschetta with pesto
oil and balsamic syrup

Castle Rock Burger: Topped with portobellos, provolone, balsamic onions and pesto aioli

Spinach Salad: With grilled pears, candied walnuts and crumbled gorgonzola in a champagne viniagrette

Mixed Tomato:  With arugula, pesto oil, balsamic reduction and mozzarella

Boston Bibb:  With shaved red onion, cucumber and focaccia croutons and a creamy scallion gorgonzola dressing

Traditional Caesar: Tossed in our house-made caesar dressing with white anchovies and pancetta

Orrechiette:  With braised veal, seasonal mushrooms, sage and fava beans and topped with crispy shallots

Lasagna:  Cheeesy lasagna, layered with a spicy three meat bolognese...very traditional

Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi: With a light pesto cream sauce, asiago cheese and sun-dried tomaotes

Flat Iron Steak:  Grilled and served with a roasted olive and red pepper salsa

Italian Pot Roast:  An old classic with braised beef, onions, peppers and tomatoes, served with mushroom polenta

Siena Steak: Shoulder tender, grilled, topped with creamy gorgonzola, drizzed with balsamic syrup and white truffle oil, arugula
and served with roasted garlic parmesan mashies

Bricked Chicken:  Brick oven baked with crisp prosciutto, portobello mushrooms and baby spinach in a white balsamic
vinaigrette, topped with marsala syrup

Eggplant Parmagiana Rollatini: Sauteed eggplant filled with fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes and basil, then rolled in
parmesan crust and baked with marinara and fontina
