The culinary team is led by
Chef Alfredo Lee, who joined Sergio's as Executive Chef.
Italian born, Chef Alfredo grew up surrounded by the
outstanding cuisines of Florence, Italy. From an early
age, he learned about quality ingredients, meats and seafood
and discovered his great passion for preparing Italian food.
Trained extensively in a variety of Italian cuisines from 12
distinct regions, Chef Alfredo trained in Italy with a
multitude of renowned chefs from all regions of the country.

With 18 consecutive years of
experience in fine dining Italian kitchens in California and
Las Vegas, including the Canaletto Restaurant at the Venetian
Hotel and Il Fornaio Restaurant at the New York New York
Hotel, Lee has worked in Hawaii at Spada Bar & Restaurant and
Buon Amici Restaurant before joining Sergio's Italian
Restaurant in the Hilton Hawaiian Village as executive chef.
"Cooking is not just about
seasonings. It is the art of combining the natural flavors of
fresh ingredients to balance the flavors of each dish," says
Chef Alfredo. "It is about the feeling and passion of working
with fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared in my
Italian-influenced techniques." His goal is to provide
his guests the most authentic Italian experience outside of
Italy. |
