Schooners Restaurant, next to
the Arizona Memorial, boasts a gorgeous view of the Pearl Harbor
marina. Serving delicious American, Pacific and Hawaiian cuisine,
Schooners is the creation of Chef Phillip Paolo Sarubbi,
who at the young age of 24 won numerous awards including the
prestigious "Hale Aina" in 1989 and 1991. Chef Paolo has been operating restaurants in Hawaii since
1985, and at Schooners Restaurant he brings together breathtaking views of the aqua waters
of Pearl Harbor with a delectable array of local cuisine, Pacific seafood, and mouth
