Western Bistro that is the life's work of Chef Robert McGrath,
who was the recipient of the James Beard Award-Best Chef in
America in 2001.
What is American Western Cuisine? It is a combination of using
foods that are indigenous to the American West, locally grown
ingredients, and capturing the 'Spirit' of the western part of
the United States that the pioneers before us exhibited.
When designing the
restaurant, Chef Robert McGrath wanted a comfortable, laid back
environment that is hospitable and provides friendly
professional service and good food.
