| 1 cup soy sauce, low salt | 1 cup sesame oil | |
| 1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed | 2 stalks lemon grass, chopped | |

| 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar | 1/4 cup white wine vinegar | |
