Chef Glenn Chu
prepares memorable cuisine at his award-winning Honolulu
restaurant, Indigo. Perhaps it was the childhood memories of
impressive holiday feasts prepared by his Chinese grandmother
that made Chu want to be a chef. His signature Eurasian
cuisine will entice you to return again and again.
Indigo's dining room is the perfect setting for a romantic
dinner, with hand carved Indonesian wood panels, |
