Function Requirements~ |

Great
Northern has two separate rooms to meet your private
function needs. Banquet rooms can be reserved for seated dinners,
cocktail parties, wedding rehearsals, receptions, birthdays,
business meetings or any special occasion.
In lieu of a "room
charge" certain food and beverage minimums apply to both rooms.
Minimums include all food, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
purchased on the master bill. There is no room rental fee
for either room as long as the minimum requirements are met. Cash
bar items, tax and gratuity are not applied toward the minimum. If
the minimum is not met, a room charge will be added for the
difference between the pre-tax, pre-gratuity amount and the room
minimum.
All
banquets are exclusive of any special promotions. Great Northern
does not allow alcohol to be brought in. All alcoholic beverages
are to be purchased on premise. We do allow you to bring in your
own cake for special occasions at no additional cost. Both rooms
are A/V compatible. All of our tables are rectangular, no round
tables, with several seating arrangements possible. A cake table
and/or gift table may be provided upon request. Center pieces may
be brought in, votive candles are provided.

Located off the
main dining room, this is the larger of the two rooms. It is known
for its vaulted ceilings, vintage photographs and wonderful
spaciousness. Nestled past our impressive wine wall, you will
feel like you have the restaurant to yourself. |

Located off the
cocktail area, this smaller room is decorated with original railroad paintings on one
side and French doors on the other. The room is curtained off
from the rest of the restaurant for privacy. |

Sit down Dinner
is a 20 guest minimum up to 45 guest maximum. Standing
cocktail party is a 20 guest minimum up to a 60 guest maximum.
