"A warm, comfortable gathering place featuring a wood-fired grill and rotisserie."
– 5280 Magazine

"Inspired by the tradition of the Great Northern Railway, this resembles a giant railroad dining car. Train graphics dash color and speed across the walls, and people gather around the beautiful mahogany bar. Booths offer a great spot for more intimate encounters, or you can grab a spot on the sunny patio. A large variety of salads, including shrimp, crab, chicken and tuna could also serve as your meal. Dinner entrées feature rotisserie chicken potpie, walleye pike and hickory-roasted prime rib. All entrées come with vegetables or potatoes. Top off your meal with dessert and an espresso. Wine and beer flow freely at this popular brewery."  – Gabby Gourmet

Wine Spectator  -  "Award of Excellence" 2007

"Like any tavern worth its salt, this restaurant is anchored by a large, mahogany bar and serves any drink you can describe to the capable bartender. During the week, a well-priced happy hour attracts workers from neighboring office buildings..Bold railroad graphics and antler chandeliers complete the decor. Food is good and plentiful..."
