Welcome to The
Garage, the modern version of the Livingston Garage, dating back
to its roots, with the original dealership car parts adorning the
walls. From Chevrolets to burgers and fries, the building on the
corner of Pearl and Glenwood has served the local and adventurous
folks that have traveled through Jackson, WY. The building is also
significant as an example of Art Moderne Architecture. Hidden
among the dinner plates and salad bowls is a rich history that
dates back to the last World War. The Livingston Motors Building
traded hands many times over the next 30 years, maintaining its
Chevy roots until 1977, when the car dealership gave way to the
restaurant industry. In 2003 Burke痴 Chop House moved in,
remodeling the building and adding elegance and beauty but always
respecting the history of the building. The Garage, owned and
operated by the Burke family, will continue to offer a menu of
quality foods and drinks with the freshest ingredients available.
