We start with a generous layer of our ranch potatoes in a skillet, add your favorite from below, then top it with melted cheeses and two basted eggs.  Go for it!

Crepe Eggs

A collision in our kitchen between an omelette and a crepe turned out to be a terrific "accident."  This dish offers the best of both worlds and is served like an omelette with all the goodies tucked inside.

 

The Mediterranean - 7.95

Artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, red onions, portabella mushrooms, fresh spinach, and a bit of basil make this a meal for the ages.  Served with a side of balsamic vinaigrette, ranch potatoes and English muffin.

Frittatas

What's a frittata?  Glad you asked!  It's an open-faced omelette with eggs, cheese, and other goodies cooked in a skillet.  Served with ranch potatoes and an English muffin.

 

Moraine Frittata - 8.25

Proscuitto ham, diced chicken, artichoke hearts, baby spinach, and roma tomatoes all topped with melted asadero cheese.  Sprinked with parmesan cheese and topped with mago salsa.

Garden Frittata - 7.15

A harvest of fresh vegetables:  roma tomatoes, green pepper, onion, portabella mushrooms, and fresh baby spinach with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

Venetian Frittata - 7.75

Artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, and portabella mushrooms make this frittata a favorite.  It's all topped with pesto and havarti dill cheese.  Delicious!
