Not much, we figure. d.k Steak House, overlooking Waikiki Beach, offers this and much more. The restaurant is the home of Oahu's only dry-aging room, a process which imparts a sweeter, fuller, and more robust flavor, as well as tenderizing the meat. We use only USDA high-grade beef, and our double broiler grilling process ensures high-temperature cooking that seals in juices and enhances the natural flavor of the beef.
