"..Coral Room brings a fresh new taste to Northwest Denver with a
menu influenced by Asia and the Pacific Rim. Chef Nadasdy's dishes
emphasize healthy, hearty cuisine with value in mind, while partner
Nick Mystrom has created a dining room with a hip, contemporary
atmosphere. It's a successful combination that has prompted them to
add a second location in the Stapleton Town Center..."

"This small neighborhood restaurant is packed with .. tables set
with linen and mid-century modern dishes. A gauzy curtain divides
the dining room from the noisy, always-crowded bar. Outside, four
tables .. overlook a busy parking lot---but that only seems to add to
the restaurant's urban charm...Some Denver-ites drive
all the way across town for the coconut curry chicken served over
jasmine rice. Leave room for homemade mango sorbet and a cup of
sweet Thai coffee---hot or iced."

Chef John Nadasdy
serves some serious food at the Coral Room, but doesn't take cuisine
too seriously. Highlights at this Highland neighborhood bistro are
an addictive roast duck, brie, and caramelized onion sandwich,
grilled ahi tuna and candied baby asparagus, and pistachio-rubbed
lamb sirloin with papaya-jalapeno glaze and couscous. Desserts may
include chocolate-coated sponge cake roulade filled with Bavarian
cream and strawberries. With its half-pound sirloin burger,
affordable wines by the glass, and good coffee..it's a neighborhood
place where you can eat without having to dine."
