LUKE'S WESTERN RIB EYE
Char-fired rib eye smothered with sautéed mushrooms and roasted garlic. 13 oz or 16 oz.

PEPPERCORN SIRLOIN
Our choice 10 oz. "hand-cut" sirloin seasoned with crushed peppercorns.

FAMOUS SKIRT STEAK & MUSHROOMS
Our 9 oz. Skirt Steak char-fired and glazed with our A-1 Butter.

Served on a skillet with our sautéed button mushrooms.

FLAT IRON SKILLET STEAK
Our 10 oz. Skirt Steak skewered with Tiger Prawns and served on a skillet.

NEW YORK STEAK
Our 14 oz. N.Y. steak char-fired to your liking.  9 oz. cut also available.

LUKE'S PRIME RIB
Seasoned with Luke s own rub then slow roasted. You re gonna love it! -Luke

CHICKEN FRIED STEAK
A 12 oz. breaded beef cutlet on a bed of mashers, with country gravy.

SANTA MARIA TRI-TIP
12 oz. of hand sliced tri-tip, loaded with sauteed mushrooms.

BACON WRAPPED FILET
Choice 8 oz. filet. The most tender of all steaks.

FILET MEDALLIONS
Placed on asparagus spears and finished with Roasted Red Pepper hollandaise.
ADD A STEAK TOPPER: Sauteed Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic, Melted Blue Cheese, Grilled Onions
 

Seafood

SHRIMP SCAMPI PORTABELLA
Jumbo prawns served scampi-style, with sautéed Portabella mushrooms.
COCONUT SHRIMP STACK
Served with our Spicy Marmalade for Dipping.

SEARED AHI
Seared rare and glazed with a soy-ginger sauce.

TEXAS SHRIMP TRIO
Stagecoach shrimp, skewered BBQ shrimp, and shrimp scampi.

CALAMARI STEAK
Panko breaded and pan-seared. Topped with our Garlic Parmesan Butter.

CAMPFIRE SALMON
Fresh 8 oz. Skillet Seared Filet, glazed with teriyaki.

RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE SPARE RIBS
1½ lbs. of pork ribs marinated, then slow baked with our own Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.

BABY BACK RACK
A full rack of our most succulent ribs!  Full or Half rack.

CHUCKWAGON CHICKEN
Sliced chicken breast pan-seared with bacon, mushrooms and marsala wine,

tossed with fettuccini noodles and loaded with jack cheese.

GARLIC CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS
Char-fired sliced chicken breast smothered with sautéed mushrooms and roasted garlic.

RODEO BBQ CHICKEN
Sliced chicken breast basted with Jack’s Spicy BBQ Sauce, topped with

Jack & Cheddar cheeses and bacon. Served on onion tanglers.
