Churrascos,
opened in 1988 by Entrepreneur Michael Cordua, still dazzles
guests with its Latin flare! The signature dish, the
Churrasco, is a charcoal-grilled center-cut beef
tenderloin steak, "butterflied" in a jelly-roll
fashion and basted with chimichurri sauce-a traditional South
American sauce made of olive oil, fresh garlic, parsley and
spices. Surrounded by dark woods, beautiful artwork and
attentive service, guests are sure to enjoy their Latin
excursion!
