As you
enter into the warm elegance of China Pavilion, you will be
greeted by the aromas of freshly cooked, fine Chinese cuisine.
A smiling hostess will greet you, and your waiter will
knowingly answer your questions, astutely suggesting items
that will complement each other. In the evening, candles glow
on each table, and the napkins are lovingly folded into
flowers. The menu items are distinctive in texture and flavor
with the visual appeal of the authentic Chinese cuisine of
both the Szechuan and Mandarin Provinces. |

"I was awed
by the contrasting delicacy and richness of my King Crabmeat
Asparagus Soup with Floating Egg Flowers. The duck we shared
had been smoked in Jasmine Flower Tea, and artistically
wrapped tableside in lighter than air crepes by our waiter,
who then spooned on aromatic hoi shin sauce. When we feasted
on the Orange Peel Chicken it was such a change from the
chicken dishes I'd had elsewhere. The savory pieces on this
steaming platter were fresh, with crispy, not oily, curst
surrounding moist, tender white meat chicken, accented by
tangy orange peel sauce." |
