Chop House Rolls $9.50 A subtle blend of prime beef, herbs and spicy seasonings wrapped in a delicate pastry. Served with a roasted peanut sauce.
English Country Pâté $8.50 House prepared traditional recipe comprised of wild game meats, chicken and pork blended with apples and herbs. Enhanced with cognac and served with toast points.
Colossal Onion Rings $6.50 Rings deep fried in our spicy buttermilk and tempura batter, with BBQ ranch or chipotle pepper sauce.
Smoked Scottish Salmon $14 Pepper encrusted Scottish salmon served with roasted red pepper crostini on a bed of wild greens.

Soup and Salads

French Onion Soup $8 A classically prepared medley of three types of onions, leeks, beef broth & sherry. Baked and finished with three cheeses.
B.C.H. Salad $8 Seasonal fresh vegetables and feta cheese tossed with wild greens and your choice of our house dressings.
Spinach Salad $9.50 Fresh spinach leaves tossed with walnuts, strawberries, golden raisins and apples finished with a walnut and apple maple vinaigrette.
