The event menu
and other details will be arranged 45 to 60 days prior to
an event. |

Guest Count |
Counts are due
seven (7) days prior to an event. |
| Parking |
Two acres of
Free parking is always available. Valet parking will be
quoted upon request. |
| Overtime |
Information
regarding overtime will be included in your contract. |
| Tax
Exemption |
Tax exemptions
are available if a signed sales tax form is on file prior
to the event. |

Payments |
90% of the total
invoice will be due thirty (30) days prior to the event
date. Final payment is due in full at the conclusion
of your event. |

Fees and Rental Charges:
It's our policy to make life as simple as
possible for our clients and guests. Life is stressful enough;
we want your time spent at the Manor to be enjoyable and
relaxing. We operate as restaurant with a romantic setting for
many events such as rehearsal dinners, company banquets,
wedding receptions, and ceremonies. To make life simple we do
not charge the numerous fees that so many venues impose on
their clients.
Room Rental Charges:
There are usually NO fees for the use of the
manor or for the use of a specific room. Rooms can be selected
based on size and needs of the group at NO charge.
Wedding ceremonies and other events can be
held at various locations on-site.
Wedding rehearsals are a part of our
NO-charge services for most rehearsals; although due to other
prior bookings in the contracted area the rehearsal may take
place in alternate area.

What you will find at Briarhurst Manor is
that we are a cut above; standard industry fees are WAIVED for
most events that include minimum food and beverage orders.
