The Brasserie was conceived by Tim Baker who was inspired by the great and numerous brasseries in Paris. He wanted a restaurant where the food was classical but timeless and

a treat for foodies and the uninitiated alike.

The wine is just as important as the food here evidenced

 by over 75 wines available by the glass.
