The Brasserie is dedicated to using only the
freshest seasonal ingredients available for our menu which changes
every season.
The Brasserie was conceived by Tim Baker who was
inspired by the great and numerous brasseries in Paris. He wanted a
restaurant where the food was classical but timeless and
a treat for foodies and the uninitiated alike.
The wine is just as important as
the food here evidenced
by over 75 wines available
by the glass. |
