The Basin Park Hotel offers four break out rooms, one for five to 30 people, the Atrium for five to 80 people, the Ozark Room accommodates from 50 to 100, and the Grand Ballroom accommodates 250 people with breathtaking views and unparalleled space. The Grand Ballroom is the highest point in downtown Eureka Springs.

Grand Ballroom

This beautiful Ballroom maintains its original form and features hardwood flooring and original stained glass windows from 1905.

This room also has a large existing stage, ceiling dimmer lights and two beautiful antique wooden doors for privacy.

The main foyer may also be available to you and your guests.

The Ozark Room

The Ozark Room gained fame as the original restaurant at the Basin Park Hotel.

Hardwood floors and in-room fireplace with mantel accent the spacious surroundings making this room ideal for weddings, group meals, evening entertainment, and theater style meetings.

The Ozark Room measures 1700 square feet, is unobstructed and features surround sound.

The Atrium Room

A Victorian-style, glass-ceiling garden room that is the only one of its kind in the Ozarks.

With 855 square feet of atmosphere it is ideally suited to intimate dining, afternoon cocktails, weddings, parties, receptions, and small group meetings.

Enhancing the features of the room are a built-in 9x12 projection screen, mounted LCD projector, surround sound with DVD, Cassette and CD players.

Billiards Room

A casual, fun atmosphere featuring two pool tables, large screen television, existing bar, darts and other game activities.

The Billiards Room is a perfect location for a welcome reception, hospitality or rehearsal dinner.

Balcony

Our Balcony offers outdoor seating for up to 150 people.

The Balcony is located on the Spring Street side of the building and you you have a wonderful view of downtown Eureka springs and the Ozark Mountains.

Limited seating inside is available.
