The Balcony Bar and Restaurant is
where you can enjoy lunch or dinner while overlooking historic
downtown Eureka Springs. Live music often adorns this alfresco
setting that features fun, food, and your favorite beverage
in the clean air of the Ozarks.
The 1905 Basin Park Hotel was
built to meet the housing demand generated by those who
flocked to the cold-water spring that came to be the heart of
this new health resort community. The original hotel had 100
guestrooms, a cage elevator, electric lights and a telephone
in each room. Because it was built into the side of a
mountain, the hotel is still listed in Ripley's Believe It Or
Not as the only hotel where all floors are at "ground level".
