Located on
"Restaurant Row" in the heart of vibrant, historic Uptown, the
Avenue Grill remains a local attraction for dining, drinks and
conversation. This attractive brick building was constructed
in 1924 and was home to many small retail shops including the
East Denver Creamery & Delicatessen, owned by the James McCreedy Family.
Today, the building is home to the Avenue Grill, which was
established in 1988 as a traditional San Francisco style
