Hoffman's food is classic French and Alpine in foundation. His
choices reflect the finest in regional availability including Amethelia organic goat cheese from Montana and organic produce
from our local Paradise Springs Farm.
The Alpenrose is
a yearly recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
It was, along with one other, the first Wyoming restaurant
